For 23 years I have been working for international companies in the Life Science Industry or related to the Life Science Industry in versatile leadership positions. These include research & development, business development and commercialization.
Especially the interface between technology/ science and commercialization is extremely exciting for me. At the same time, it is precisely this interface that poses the greatest challenge for many startups, small and medium-sized companies and determines their corporate success.
My mission is to support companies to realize their scientific / technical concept, project or product as an innovation and to establish it in the market as management consultant or interim manager.
